Introduction. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jzpeptidez.ca and the purchase of products from JZ Peptidez. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

18+ Only. You must be 18 years of age or older to browse this website or place an order.

Research Use Only. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing for lawful research purposes.

Products and Pricing. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time and to correct pricing errors. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Orders. When you place an order, you offer to purchase the product at the price stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, including for product unavailability or pricing errors.

Payment. We accept e-transfer and cash on drop-off. E-transfer orders are processed after we confirm receipt of your payment — please include your order number with your transfer.

Shipping and Delivery. Delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We offer $15 flat same-day local drop-off across our service area; orders over $1,000 ship free. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

All Sales Final. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Product Descriptions. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Intellectual Property. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
